Our stay at Kipriotis Panorama was fantastic. Excellent meals, facilities, clean room, and one of the nicest hotel customer service experiences I've ever had.

The location was good with easy transport links to Kos Town - taxi ride was 10 euros to Kos Town.

on arrival had a few issues with the room. Fridge, Kettle Phone was not working. Reception staff were not apologetic at all. Said one maintenance man for 5 hotels and would get it fixed by 3 pm tomorrow. when I called about no internet in room I was told to try balcony as receptors outside the building and could only get two bars when on balcony not in room.
